Use of the service

You may use Capobinc to create websites, stores, forms, content pages, campaigns, and related digital experiences. You are responsible for your account, published content, products, customer communications, and compliance with applicable laws.

Acceptable conduct

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the platform.
• Do not use Capobinc to misrepresent identity, collect data illegally, or distribute malware.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew until canceled. Fees, plan limits, taxes, and payment terms are shown at checkout or in the customer account area. Some features may vary by plan.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Capobinc the permissions needed to host, display, process, back up, and deliver your content as part of the service.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security issues, or force majeure events may affect access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capobinc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
